Check out our latest single barrel offerings from Elijah Craig! We tasted seven different bourbon barrels and selected our two favorites. Both of these bourbons are 10 years old. One barrel was bottled at barrel proof. This full bodied, uncut and straight-from-the-barrel selection allows you to enjoy Elijah Craig’s delicious bourbon in its purest form. The other selection was proofed down and bottled at 94 proof. It retains its balance and complexity with less heat and comes in at a very affordable price. Our newest single barrel bourbon comes from Penelope. Penelope recently came into the Delaware market and we purchased one of the first single barrels available. This 5 year old bourbon was sourced from the always excellent MGP facility in Indiana. Penelope then finished the distillate in a newly charred American Oak barrel. The heavily toasted dram was bottled at 116 proof. Enjoy all the depth and complexity a toasted barrel has to offer! This barrel was dubbed “High Society” because you will be living the good life while sipping. We split the barrel with a private group so supplies are limited. Grab yours before they are gone.
